OUR PROCESS
Consult
We like to schedule a meeting to meet the clients and go over their ideas, wants, wishes, and expectations. We also want to look at the site and the structure we will be working on. This first meeting gives everyone a chance to express their ideas and look to see if any problems jump right out at us. After reviewing the project we talk materials, colors, lighting, accents and features.
Plan
Once we come to an agreement on design and materials, we issue a contract to start the project. The first phase of this is drawing a complete plan as required by the building inspector and showing all hardware used, footings, beam and joist sizes and any structural requirements we may need. We handle all the paperwork for the permit including submittal, questions and payment.
Build
Once approved the project timeline will be set so everyone knows the schedule. A walk through of the work area is required for discussion of where dumpsters, portable toilet, materials, and equipment will be. Once we begin a project our goal is to complete that project in a timely and professional manner. Delays due to weather, change orders, materials etc. are outlined in the contract.
